What we are.

Ad Majora is an advisory practice. We work with the founders and chief executives of established businesses on the way the business is run: the standards it holds, the decisions it makes, and who carries them. Our instrument is Total QX™ (Total Quality Experience), a complete operating system for a business, installed rather than described.

We work from the Gold Coast, Queensland. The work behind it has been done in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

Paul Lange is Ad Majora's Operator-in-Chief. He's spent close to four decades across finance, technology, hospitality, professional services, and operating roles, in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, on both sides of the table, with private equity and venture capital one part of it, and has taken five of his own companies through to exit.

He's the creator of the Total QX and TILE Theory™ frameworks, and the author of The 20% Leader, Mis(très)s Entrepreneur Manifesto, Evolve or Be Remembered, and The Inheritance Manifesto. He writes for people who would rather own the outcome than perform the part.
