Ad Majora is an advisory practice for the founders and chief executives of established businesses. We install Total QX™, a complete operating system for the business, and we stay only until it runs without us.
We install the system, then we leave.
Most advisory work sells attendance: a coach on retainer, a consultant who slowly becomes part of the furniture. We do the opposite.
Total QX goes into the business as a working operating system: the standards it holds, the cadence it runs to, the decisions it makes, and who owns each of them. When it runs without us, the engagement is finished. That's the point of it.
Counsel, not coaching.
We're the adviser a principal calls before the board does. We say what we see, we put it in writing, and we hold to it when it's inconvenient.
We charge fees, and where the business and its owner both warrant it, we take equity alongside the fee. The fee is for the value we add. The equity is because we'd rather share the outcome than stand outside it.
